Hi guys, Sam Fury here with another episode of the Survival Fitness Plan, your ultimate flight and fight fitness training program. I did come up with a new catchphrase this morning as I was walking the dog. I wonder if I spoke to you since I saw him in Malaysia at the moment and they've got this little dog.

My little brother has this little dog, which is pretty old So I took it for a walk yesterday and I'll take it for a walk this morning And it's only a little dog. I tried to run with it yesterday, but I got tired pretty quickly. But yeah, I'll do it every morning while I'm here. Tomorrow, I think we're going somewhere else for just a night or so.

I'm only here for a week. Anyway, what was I saying? Oh, yeah, I think I've thought of a new catchphrase while I was walking. It's gonna be Don't just get something about being fit. Don't be fit. Be unstoppable or Become a modern ninja, something like that. I don't know. I'm still thinking about stuff.

So I'm in Malaysia this episode is about how to get your survival fitness plan training in while you're traveling. I travel quite a lot. And so, when I'm stationary for a while, like for example and I've got the facilities at camp or at my mum's place or even in Columbia if there's a pool nearby or whatever, I can follow this, the plan pretty, pretty good.

But when you're moving around or if you're in hotels or whatever the question is how do you, how do you keep going with the survival fitness plan? Because there's a lot of restrictions, right? Equipment, is one of them, even though most of it's body weight training. Well, it's all bodyweight training unless you get to level 10 or whatever.

But, one of the major exercises is pull-ups. And if you have nowhere to do pull-ups, not everywhere has somewhere to do pull-ups, right? If you, if you, you're in a house, if you're at your house and you don't, but you can just buy one of those bars and put it on your door, right, and fix it there, and then you can do pull-ups on that.

But if you're only somewhere for like 10 days or whatever, like often I use like door frames or whatever, but not everywhere has that. Like in Malaysia, there are no door frames. They don't have door frames for some reason. I think it's like a Western thing to have door frames. So it's kind of hard to figure out where to do pull-ups and pull-ups and chin-ups, right?

Also, like, if you don't have access to a swimming pool, like a lap pool, I mean you might have access to water but no lap pool, so it's hard. And you don't have a bike, you're not going to go out and buy a bike, it's just to go riding, right, just a couple of times while you're on holiday. There's no way to climb if you're up to climbing.

There's no way to do parkour, like, Parkour is one of those things where you should usually, if you can find a park, there's nowhere to be, but where I am now, there's no park nearby, so there's no, there's no equipment to like, practice parkour on. I guess I could go to school, but I don't know about going to school.

Not because I don't, not because I'm opposed to schools it's just because it's weird, like, as a primary school, I don't, adult, an adult shouldn't go in there to train, I guess yeah, anyway, we'll see what happens.

Yeah, so there's all that sort of stuff. But one thing you can always do is run, right?

Well, not always, I mean, it depends. Like I get up pretty early, the sun doesn't rise early here, like, it's earlier than I wake up. So I'm waking up in the darkness. I have to wait a little bit for the sun to rise, and or at least, and then I want to take the dog for a walk in the morning, and then and then there's, there's like lots of stray dogs on the street, and yesterday, when I was, took the dog for a walk, all the dogs would chase the little dog, right?

Well, and it doesn't because I'm a human, I'll turn around. It's funny because in Western countries dogs, like, if they're aggressive, they're not afraid of humans. But here, all animals are afraid of humans. But there are lots of strays as well. So, I just like to turn around and growl at them. I literally growl at them like I'm a dog. And they run away.

But today when I was, it was only the second day, and today they kind of left us alone. I guess it didn't take long for them to get used to us. So I guess if I do it every day for a little while Maybe, maybe the dog Snowy, her name is, she's a little white good looking dog, little white thing.

A good, good coat of fur. I don't know why they feed it. My, stepmother's into like, she works at this company called Elkin and they, they do like supplements and like they started off with spirulina and now they've got all sorts of stuff. So they feed the dog like, hydroxinated water and they probably put spirulina in their food or whatever and it's like super healthy.

It's got a really nice coat. Anyway, it can't run so I got tired What was I talking about? Oh, yeah, so you don't have one of your restrictions. You don't have the equipment, right?

Another thing is maybe you don't have time, right? If you're out traveling you got to do tourist stuff maybe or like for example I'm here visiting family that I haven't seen in ages.

So I'm like, I'm going to Go to breakfast. You know, I don't even eat breakfast usually, but I'm gonna be eating breakfast every day here. Go to breakfast with my uncle, right? He picks me up at like eight o'clock. Yesterday, he rang me up at like eight o'clock, right? He's like, you want to come to breakfast?

I was like, yeah. I'll come to breakfast with him. He's like, all right, I'll be there in three minutes. I was like, three minutes? Ah, so I want to get ready out of the blue in three minutes. What kind of ridiculousness is that? I said 15, he's like 10. I think I took 15 anyway because I just wanted to take a shower, right? Anyway Which is, I'm going off on a lot of tangents today.

Yeah, so if you don't have time to do things. But time's not really, in reality, it's not an issue, right? Let's say, you know, you have to be somewhere at 8 o'clock, and Oh, I don't have, now I don't have time because usually I don't start until 9, so that takes away my hours.

Nah, that's, that's bullshit. Just wake up an hour earlier. Simple. Alright. Yeah, time's not a thing. I mean, it is obviously a thing, but it's not an excuse. No time is not an excuse. There's always time. Yeah. All right. So how do you do it then? So how do you actually enact it? This is actually what I should be talking about, right? So basically it's pretty easy.

All you got to do is follow level one, but with your, whatever your strength levels are at. So at the start, you did a test, right? We've talked about this in previous episodes, you did the test. And you figure out what level so how many push-ups, how many chin-ups, how many whatever you're going to do, right?

But the thing is, is that Level 1, Level 2 introduces Level 1 and Level 2 you can do. Level 3 introduces swimming, Level 4 introduces biking, and Level 5 introduces rock climbing, right? So if you just stick to like the Level 1 and Level 2 base things, then all you're really, especially Level 1, all you're really doing is...

Your core exercises, like your strength-building exercises, your skills, which will be like just self-defense and parkour skills, like really basic self-defense and parkour skills. So you don't really need to jump over and there's no vaulting or anything, like, it's just like parkour skills, like pushups and jumping, or you can just do it on the ground, right?

And then and your skills training, which is like. It's all body weight. You might not be able to do chin-ups, but you can just leave them out until you get somewhere more stable, right? But you just do push-ups, you can do burpees, you can do Skater hops, you can do all, everything else is just on the ground, right?

It doesn't, it doesn't take much room and doesn't need any equipment and then every other day is just running, right? So you can do that. And also even if you're in level 2, you can do sparring, right? You can do shadowboxing anywhere. So, even if you can't run, even if you're like, Oh, I can't run on the streets, it's too dangerous, or whatever, like, dogs are chasing me.

Just do shadowboxing, right? Just do shadowboxing, you don't need a punching bag. Just do shadowboxing. Or you join a gym, get a punching bag, or whatever. And that's it. And then when you get back to stability, like, to wherever you're going, like, after this I'll go to America and I'll be staying there for a month, and I assume America I'll have access to a pool and everything.

With a little bit of travel maybe, maybe I'll sort of drive there or whatever, but I'll just pick up from where I left off, right? So I'll just put my, my training on pause here, and then I'll just do level ones, just to keep fit, and then I'll go back and then I'll do, continue my training, my skills training or whatever.

The main thing, alright, is just to do something, so every day just do something, even if all you're going to do is, I'm just going to do push-ups to failure, sit-ups to failure, squats to failure, and I go for a walk, right? It's like, what, that's going to take 10 minutes and it's not, you know what I mean?

Just be a little creative. Just don't stop. Don't think, oh, I'm on holiday or I'm on vacation or I haven't got all the equipment or all the things that I need that I can't train. That's ridiculous. You can. Yeah.

All right. That's it for today, guys. Don't forget to download the Survival Fitness Plan app for free, yeah, for free, www.survivalfitnessplan.com/app.

So you'll get six months free if you do it now because it's not life yet, but once it's life That'll disappear. You might get one month free or something. I haven't really figured out what might actually just be like a dollar for a month or whatever But then from then on I think it's gonna be like if you want to pay month by month It's gonna be like 30 bucks a month And then but of course if you want to purchase for the whole year, it's going to be cheaper, right?

It would end up being like 10 bucks a month or something But for those of you that want to pay month by month or whatever, it'll be 30 bucks a month So getting six months three that's going to save you Possibly 180 dollars So there you go Like subscribe and share and I'll see you again next time.

Bye!
